This was shot during the filming of the 2004 Billabong surf movie, Blue Horizon starring Andy Irons and Rasta. At the height of his career, Andy was unstoppable and this was taken when he was on his way to a 3rd world title in 2004. The opening wave of the movie features Andy weaving his way below sea level through one of the Ments’ best waves. Sadly the wave isn’t the same since the 2010 earthquake lifted the reef up.
