Tracks Apparel Return & Refund Policy

Tracks wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a hassle free 30 day return period on all items ordered via online store. (This excludes prints and framed prints from the print store).


Change of Mind Returns/Exchange

We accept change-of-mind returns/exchange within 30 days of date of purchase provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition


  • Tags and original packaging are included


  • You provide proof of purchase


  • The item is not marked as Final Sale



Refunds: 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • $7.00 restocking fee applied per return package (This fee can be waived at customer service agents discretion) 

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Support at orders@tracksmedia.com.au  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@tracksmedia.com.au  with:

  • Your order number


  • Description of the issue


  • Clear photos of the item



We’ll organise a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Return shipping is covered for faulty or incorrect items.
