Apparel Orders

All Tracks apparel orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel Delivery.
We currently do not offer express shipping.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Australia Post standard delivery takes up to 6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, and a selection of international regions. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at orders@tracksmag.com.au.

Print Store Orders (Framed and Unframed Prints)

All Print Store items are made to order and are created just for you in the size and frame of your choice. This process takes time and care.

  • Production Time: Please allow up to 3 weeks for printing, mounting, and framing before your item is shipped.
  • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary by region and may take an additional 1–2 weeks depending on your location. International orders may take longer.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed once your item has shipped.
  • Shipping Areas: We ship worldwide, though some remote regions may be excluded.

Print Store Returns and Changes

  • Because each piece is custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
  • We are unable to make changes or cancel orders after 24 hours from purchase.
  • If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
