These sorts of long exposures (this was two hours!) are only possible by stacking a bunch of briefer images together. Digital sensors won’t tolerate really long exposures, so I used around 60, two-minute exposures layered together to form a montage. For the last shot, I used a torch to paint some light onto the foreground. If there’s a better image of Wave Rock around, I haven’t seen it.
